On June 30th, Krakus Senior Center at Polish and Slavic Center hosted a special art exhibition in collaboration with the SU-CASA program from the Brooklyn Arts Council. This year’s teaching artist was the talented Asia Sztencel. Under her inspiring guidance, our seniors created beautiful and impressive works of art. Ten participants took part in the project: Zosia Zeleska-Bobrowski, Eugene Bobrowski, Elżbieta Frohlich, Jan Gluszek, Maryla Jóźwiak, Anna Kucay, Adela Szprengiel, Tadeusz Szprengiel, Małgorzata Tambor, Alicja Wodnicka. SU-CASA was represented at the event by Priyanha Nadanasabesan. Special thanks to artist and friend Deepti Sunder, and to Cristina Pizzuto for beautifully capturing the event with her photography.
