Tai Chi Classes back at the JP2 Friendship Center

Tai Chi for Seniors at the JP2 Friendship Center after the summer break, we are thrilled to 
welcome our seniors back to Tai Chi classes led by Master Hyangwoo Lih – 
an experienced instructor and Takwondo and Tai Chi master from South Korea,
 who has been sharing her knowledge and passion in the US for years.

Tai Chi is not just a form of exercise, but also the art of harmonizing body and mind. 

Regular practice:

improves balance and coordination,

strengthens muscles and joints,

supports concentration and relaxation,

helps find inner peace.
