Brooklyn has 18 community boards districts, and each board is made up of people who care about making their neighborhoods better. Boards work with city agencies, elected officials, and local leaders to make sure that their community’s voice is heard. Meetings are open to the public, and while only board members can vote, anyone can participate in the conversation.
